Kim Kimberly Ashcraft ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) Kimberly Ashcraft is the chief financial officer of ARA. She is also the administrator for ARA's new 501-C-3 entity Hearts & Homes of Arkansas. Kimberly is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She has been a member of the ARA staff since 1992. Before coming to the ARA, she worked for a public accounting firm.  Kimberly resides in Little Rock.
Miki Miki Bass ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) has been working for ARA since 1997 now the Chief Operating Officer. Her areas of expertise include meeting and convention planning, designation education and GRLA (Arkansas Realtor Leadership Academy). Personal highlights of her years at ARA include being named Chairman of the State Education Directors for NAR in 2010, working on the "Chris Polychron for NAR President" campaign and planning some seriously kick-butt Realtor® parties! Miki and her husband, James, are the proud parents to five-year-old JP and three-year-old Lila. When not in the office, Miki spends most of her free time playing dolls & Legos, reading Dr. Seuss, watching SpongeBob SquarePants and cooking spectacular meals.

Carolyn Cahill ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) is the director of risk management, which in bare-bones means she keeps up with the changes in the ARA forms and serves as liaison to the Risk Reduction Committee. In 1986, while working with the Public Relations Committee, she was staff liaison when the first statewide Realtor® project for Special Olympics Arkansas was launched, and she has been liaison every year since. She coordinates the Omega Tau Rho program and the ARA's appointments to industry-related boards and commissions. She is liaison for the Nominating Committee, the Executive Committee, the Board of Directors, and the Collective Voice meetings. Her employment with ARA goes back forty years when she applied for a position that was to be a temporary, maximum-three-month stint.  A born-and-bred Mississippian, she stayed in the state until she transferred in her junior year to New York University.  Divorced, she has three children, five grandchildren and three dogs and gleefully spoils rotten the latter two categories.  She is active in St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Little Rock. And she knows shorthand!

Ladonna Headshot Ladonna Ignatiuk ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) is the membership director and in is in charge of general administration. Ladonna joined the ARA staff in July, 2010. She has been in the real estate market since 1995 and has served as the executive officer for the Benton/Bryant Realtors® Association and was a closing coordinator for a local real estate office. She resides in Bryant with her family.
Paula Paula Lee ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) is the director of Professional Standards. She is responsible for handling ethics complaints, arbitration requests and mediation.   Paula grew up in Marianna, Arkansas and now lives in Little Rock.  She has 2 children, a daughter and son-in-law with her 4 beautiful grandchildren who also live in Little Rock and a son and daughter-in-law who live in Greenbrier.  They are all her pride and joy.  In her spare time she enjoys working out or relaxing to a good movie and hanging out with her friends.


Andy Portrait Andy Schaus ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) is the Chief Executive Officer. He earned an associate degree in radio broadcast in Illinois and came to Arkansas in 1972. He has served as ARA President; a GRI instructor for the ARA, Oklahoma, Mississippi and the Virgin Islands; and authored and taught video based training for NAR conventions and the Texas Association. He has been the chair and vice-chair of the NAR's Research and Development Education Committee and was named the Outstanding National Educator of the Year by the NAR in 1988. After being a broker/owner and an appraiser for almost 32 years, he joined the staff of ARA in 1997 and was appointed executive vice president in 2007. He is responsible for the operation of the ARA on a day-to-day basis.
